Rate includes: Armory Events Manager, Wi-Fi, Furniture, and utilities.
All rentals must include set up and clean up time in addition to actual event time.
10% discount for individuals or businesses that own or occupy property within the incorporated boundaries of the Town of Bel Air.
Rental Fee Deposit: A minimum 50% deposit of the total rental fee shall be payable and
received with a signed contract for all events. The balance will be due three months prior to the event.
Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit ($250) will be due with the final balance.
Event Insurance/Certificate of Insurance: This will be required for all events. Further information is available upon rental agreement. Kitchen Use (Licensed Caterers ONLY) Full kitchen use $200 Ice and/or water onlyNo charge
