Health Benefit Exchange Special Enrollment Period
A new special enrollment period is in effect in which all uninsured Maryland residents have the opportunity to enroll in health coverage due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and the recent rise in the positivity rate. The enrollment period begins immediately and will run until March 15.
The Residential COVID Water and Sewer Emergency Assistance Program provides financial assistance with water and sewer bills to Harford County residents who have experienced a financial loss due to the COVID 19 pandemic. PROGRAM CLOSED 12/4/20

The Susquehanna Workforce Network provides workforce development programs and services for businesses and individuals. A listing of current job openings in Harford and Cecil Counties along with resources for businesses and job seekers can be found in the What’s New section of their website. You can contact SWN and use their available services for assistance if you have experienced a job loss related to COVID-19.
An Apple COVID-19 Screening Tool is available to help users understand their risk for contracting COVID-19. Users can take the questionnaire online or by downloading the app. If you are exhibiting respiratory symptoms or feel you may have been exposed to COVID-19, contact your healthcare provider.
