Public Hearing to Consider Four Ordinances

Pursuant to Article 3, Section 308 of the Charter of the Town of Bel Air, the Bel Air Board of Town Commissioners will hold a public hearing on Monday, March 1, 2021, to consider Ordinance 798-21, an ordinance rescinding and re-enacting Chapter 145, Building Construction, Ordinance 799-21, an ordinance rescinding and re-enacting Chapter 353, Plumbing and Gas Fitting Standards, Ordinance 800-21, an ordinance rescinding and re-enacting Chapter 180, Electrical Standards, and Ordinance 801-21, Chapter 204, Fire Prevention.   This legislation will update the Town Code to the most current National and International Building and Life Safety Standards.
