Join us for a high-energy night of urban line dancing with Disco Sistas / Brothas & Company at the Bel Air Armory! Whether you are a seasoned dancer or a beginner, this class will have you dancing your way to fitness while having a blast with friends or making new ones on the dance floor. Dance to your favorite hits while learning fun, easy-to-follow routines that will leave you smiling long after the music stops. It’s all about boosting confidence and letting your inner dancer shine!
