- 10-11am--Houze of Sports—Circuit Training Class at the Armory. Join us! Jack Patterson will speak on what "Houze of Sports" offerings are and what separates us in the fitness industry. Warm- up 15 min. Circuit Training Demonstration 45 min. Circuit Training is a form of body conditioning or resistance training using high -intensity aerobics. It targets strength building and muscular endurance. Traditionally, the time between exercises in circuit training is short, often with rapid movement to the next exercise. Then we Cool Down!
