If you are a resident of the Town of Bel Air, or you own a business in town, and you would like to learn about how the Town government operates and the services it provides, then you are welcome to sign up for the Municipal Citizens Academy. This free program runs for seven weeks and begins Wednesday, January 29, 2025. Those who complete the course will be able to celebrate with a graduation ceremony during a meeting of the Board of Town Commissioners on March 17.
