Courthouse Square Phase 1 will begin construction on Monday May 4, 2020. The Office Street Improvement Project has been designed and created to enhance the streetscape and ADA accessibility of Office Street.
This project is part of the Town and Harford County’s intent to improve the area around the Circuit Courthouse. New lighting, landscape, benches, bollards, paving and curbing will be installed as part of the improvement project.
Improvements involving the Office Street area are anticipated to be completed late summer/early fall 2020.
