Responsible for Site Plan, Subdivision Plan, Landscape Plan, & Special Development review. Also managment of special projects including parks development, public parking, traffic assessment, & sustainability projects. Administrator of the Bel Air Comprehensive Plan including development regulations, zoning & subdivision code. Liaison to the Planning Commission and Town representitive to the Alliance.
