The Town Center Parking Study
In 2023, the Town commissioned an assessment of the supply and demand for parking within 21 city blocks of the historic commercial district in the downtown area. This study reviewed the scope of the present supply of parking throughout Town Center and documented the utilization of parking during the peak hours. The study also analyzed information pertaining to planned projects and the impact on the supply of parking in downtown. Recommendations include a site for the development of a new parking garage with conceptual design schemes and cost estimates. View the Town Center Parking Study.
