The Bel Air Police Department follows the data driven philosophy concerning traffic safety. Traffic enforcement is directed at the locations most needed within our jurisdiction and our Traffic Officers exercises exceptional skill at monitoring high crash areas and directing enforcement where its most needed. The Unit is responsible for crash reconstruction and investigating all serious crashes. The Unit is staffed by Sr/Ofc. Graziano and Cpl. Keith Smithson.
